Deep in the Caribbean sea's there are two islands seperated by only a few kilometres of shallow light blue waters. However, despite how close the two islands are on the world map, the two islands feuded for years.
One island, the island of the Holy Trinity, was extremely religious and formal in everything they did. They were led by their king, Kemuel. He was only one of the twelve rulers the Island of the Holy Trinity has had. Kemuel ruled his land with professionalism just like everyone before him. Island wide curfew at 10pm each weekday and Sundays, to ensure the people were well rested enough for their early morning mass at 7am each day. They're curfew was extended to 11:30pm on Friday's and Saturday's since mass was not until 3pm the following day. They hated the Island of Tobacco because their bright multicoloured lights kept them awake throughout every single night. Some believed that they hated them because they stood for every thing that the Island of the Holy Trinity didn't. But it was also believed that a select few hated them because they were jealous of the lifestyle they were living, and even took canoes to the Island of Tobacco at night to party.
On the other hand, the Island of Tobacco was the complete opposite of it's much more professional counterparts. They had no defined ruler, they stayed up and partied all night, slept all day, and of course always had a case of two cigars kept in their back pocket not including the one that was already in their mouth to make three in total. Unlike it's neighbours, the Island of Tobacco paid no mind to the Island of the Holy Trinity. Not because they were being disrespectful, but simply because they are just too happy to pay any attention. They didn't even mind seeing people from the Island of the Holy Trinity being at their parties because they wanted to spread their love and joy.
Word had spread through the Island of the Holy Trinity that people were sneaking out to the Island of Tobacco after several consistent absences at their early morning mass'. Kemuel thought to himself, "What on Earth is so appealing about partying?" It dwelled on his mind for many days and he was very reluctant to be open minded and see what the hype was for himself. So, he sent his two good friends Justin and Brendan to go and survey what was going on during the night so that they can report back to him and learn more about the Island of Tobacco. The next morning the two came back with huge smiles on their face they just could not shake. "Well? What happened?" said Kemuel with a concerned and anxious look on his face, "The better question is what didn't happen! We saw everything! It was so beautiful you need to come try it." said Justin. Kemuel took a step back, almost in shock. But the thought did stick with him, "How bad could it be?" he thought to himself laying in bed while hearing the songs playing throughout the night.
After some thought, Kemuel gave in to his own rules and left his beloved palace and went to the Island of Tobacco. He had the time of his life and danced all night. The next morning in his early morning mass he announced that he had gone to the Island of Tobacco. This came as a shock to everyone because they never thought they'd see the day that their ruler broke his own rules. "I have been to the Island of Tobacco." he said, "I have spoken to multiple representatives of the Island and they are willing to bring us into their lifestyle and in exchange we will teach them some of our own." The Island of the Holy Trinity exploded with joy as if they had been waiting to here those words their whole entire lives. This, was the beginning of a new era. The era where they were no longer two identities but one. Thus, the Island of the Holy Trinity and Tobacco was born.
